Unable to add Right and Left specific pai

Unable to add Right and Left specific pain, for example right knee pain, or some times I have headaches that are one sided. Also not able to add symptoms manually

Great app !!!!

For someone with a lot of medical problems this app is wonderful. Its easy to use very helpful to keep track and my doctors informed.

Great App

Wish it was easier to input the symptoms or search journal entries but I really love the concept. I also wish there was a stats page to see the symptoms on graph. The photos page is great for monitoring swelling but the factors page is the not the best.

nice!!!

i have the paid version & this app is helpful! i have more self awareness now, and it makes me examine my feelings a few times a day. i wish you could view the graph for ALL symptoms at once, not just symptom by symptom...also pie charts or other types of chart would be nice!!! still a helpful app though!

So helpful and simple!

I love this app! It helps me keep track of my symptoms, factors, foods I eat, EVERYTHING! I have lupus, fibromyalgia, and epilepsy so I have a lot going on. This app helps me keep track of what may cause certain flare ups, what medicines and natural remedies such as yoga or meditation helps me and what doesnt and how often I may take a medicine or use a remedy. I highly recommend it!

Lots of ways to record data and Nice interface

I am happy with this app. Taking pics of joints, food eaten, etc is a nice way to record some of the data. I like how you can track the factors that you suspect might be affecting the symptom. Once I can remember that I can indicate what time of day I am using to document symptoms & factors, Ill be very, very happy with the app. April 2016 This app continues to improve. It puts time stamps on when you enter factors. So if you wanted to know exactly when you did factor x & were obsessive enough to enter the information quickly, the app will time stamp the entry. And I finally noticed the little icon at the top right of the screen that if you click on this icon, you get a calendar: using the calendar, you can now quickly get to past entries.

Great app!

I wish it could take the standard 1-10 pain ratings as an option, but not enough to make it less than 5 stars.

Needs an option to track food

Other than using the journal feature theres no good way to track meals and timing of symptoms. You can only effectively use general markers like ate a lot of dairy today. They need another tab for meals and to allow pictures of meals if no time to write everything down. The journal is like writing it on a piece of paper. You cant track easily.

Lets you track whatever you want to track

This is terrific for setting up your own parameters and measuring them up to 4x a day. I like the notes section to leave myself detailed notes about what was going on that was unplanned. I am glad to see an encouraging quote after I am done entering. Great app.

Works fairly well

I wish I could add individual symptoms (maybe from a drop down menu with a search function) and then indicate the time and severity, instead of having to go into one time of day, find the symptom, and rate It, then do it again for three more time periods in a day. If that enabled charting a symptom for all day or another large-ish period of time, so much the better. It would also be nice to be able to add a note in each incident of a symptom. If I could chart Doctor visits and import it just enter notes, it would help when working with multiple doctors.

Almost

This is a great start but is very limited. I understand the need to assign things to categories but not everyone applies to them. For example 80% of the medications that I needed to track are not listed. There should be a way to customize the list of options. Keep trying and good luck.

Useful

It would be nice to be able to set my own times. I like the 6 hour format but being tied to 12-6-12-6 is difficult and I rarely end up entering stats more than twice a day.

Excellent

This app really helps me keep track of my symptoms. I do wish I could enter my own symptoms instead of being dependent on preset ones. That is the only weakness to the app. Best app for this that Ive found so far.

Useful and easy to use.

The only reason I didnt give it five stars was because the graphs are based on symptoms, not factors. I would Iike to see the combined effect of multiple factors on a symptom instead of comparing two symptoms and a single factor.

Fantastic app!

The intuitive scale for symptom tracking and time-stamped factors and journal entries have really helped me keep track of myself. This is a great supplement for therapy

Great app!

This app is so useful and nicely designed. Not only is it a great tool, but its enjoyable to use. I highly recommend this for anyone with symptoms theyd like to track. It can help uncover interesting patterns and possibly have a big impact on your life.

True to the name: Simple

A wonderful tool for building a record of symptoms and correlating factors. This has helped me make sense of a seemingly senseless culmination of ailments associated with Fibromyalgia.

Great tracking app

This is a great app for keeping track of symptoms easily. I have a really hard time remembering on my own when I was having trouble or how often, but now I just log it when it happens and can easily see when my illness was acting up in the past month. The five-level rating for symptoms means I dont spend a lot of time trying to figure out what number to assign, and it lists all my symptoms there so I dont have to try to remember what to note down. Basically, it does all my thinking for me! The free version is pretty good on its own, but I do like being able to put in annotations in the notebook feature, and being able to do as many factors/symptoms as I want. The one thing Id like for them to change is that you can only put in 4 pictures per day. I think youre supposed to use that to track meds, but Ive been using it for food instead and I often eat more than 4x a day, so that would be useful.

Easy to use and effective graphs

I like the graphs, especially the view long term. Its really easy to use, you can change add your own symptoms, and have a quick journal space (in the upgraded version). This app helps me track not only my headaches but also important factors that might trigger them and factors that can help me identify having good days as well.

Love the app, but...

I love this app. However I recently started having issues with the passcode screen- there is no keyboard!!! So I cant log my symptoms. This is a problem :/ I also wish I could give my doc a report of graphs that shows the factors overlaid onto the symptoms.
