Awesome, needs more alarms

I love this app to death for dealing with chronic issues, but I would love it even more if I was allowed to create multiple alarms. One in the morning, one at lunch, and one before bed. I forget to log my symptoms and they arent as reliable.

Symple = great

This app belongs in a class of a select few (like Strong and EasyPill) that are at once well conceived, well crafted and aesthetically beautiful. It could not be more elegant in its simplicity and I have grown to appreciate it more every day.

Passcode

App is awesome for tracking pain patterns and symptoms but Im having a problem with the passcode...I cant get in to log my symptoms because the keyboard doesnt show up so you cant enter the passcode not sure what to do

Great app

Symple, smart, and great. This is app is amazing, well designed and easy to use.

One of my most used and best rated apps

This is an absolutely fantastic app. I used it everyday and with the recent update now multiple times a day to record my symptoms and track them. Symple does it better than any other app Ive tried. I can put exactly the symptoms I want to have available for the time periods I need them and its so simple (pun intended). Ive been able to look back in appointments and see when certain symptoms got worse and when ones got better. Perfect app with great updates.

Quite useful

Within a few days, I was able to print out and send to my pain doctor. Its very easy to use and simple to understand. I believe it will help my doctor understand what goes on between visits better. Wish they would incorporate factors into the report as well. Maybe I need to use it longer for it to make sense in the report. Overall, very pleased so far and its just been a week.

Thankfull

Before I found this app I would try different ways to make it easy to record my symptoms on a regular basis. None of them ever lasted long. It was hard to remember how often I had different symptoms and the intensity levels to discuss with my doctor. I like being able to add notes and choose and create specific symptoms. This will make decisions regarding medication changes that may be needed easier and more accurate. So thank you. Myself and many others appreciate everything you put into this.

Love This App

This app is wonderful. Its easy to keep track of everything throughout the day, especially since I always have it by my side. I love the fact also that you can generate a doctors report through it! Very helpful!

Decent app

I like this app although I wish I didnt need it. I have chronic Lyme disease and it has really helped me get a better grip on my symptoms and supplements. My only critique is that I wish it would let you record how much of something you are taking. In my case, increasing the factors can make a difference to my health. Im also a little disappointed with the reports, but my docs dont look at them anyway.

Pretty good

You can have up to ten symptoms it keeps track of for you and its four times a day. Other features you have to pay for. It works but I wish there were a flow chart included to see progress over time.

Very awesome app

This has been an invaluable app - It has been very hard for me to inventory all the times I have certain symptoms. When I would go to the doctor with a concern, Id have no real idea how often Id have the symptom. But now, not only can add the dates, time of day, and any "factors" that might have played a part in a symptom, I can give a clear and concise answer. My only complaint is that when you add a symptom, it opens up ALL the symptoms. I suppose this is just to make it easier to add multiple symptoms at once. It just usually happens the symptom I experience most frequently happens to be at the bottom of the list.

Great however...

The app is great and it suits all of my needs. However I do wish that I could have a few more functions without paying for it yet. Nonetheless I am keeping it on my device.

Good, room for improvement

When I first found this app I was really excited. I love the look of the interface, how easy it is to use and that it has a way to get this information to your health care provider. HOWEVER! This is where my feedback comes in, the doctor report that it sends makes no use of the graphs or the data really. It demonstrates the factors present and the most common severity level of that factor, but why not the graphs? Im spending a lot of time in-putting data, and then in the end have little to show my doctor for it. I would really love to see the doctor report and export features upgraded. I think that this was/is a fantastic start!

Helpful and, well...simple

Easiest way Ive found to keep track of symptom. Upgrading to be able to customize is key if youre serious about using it long-term. Beautiful design.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was just diagnosed with a severe medical condition that requires constant monitoring of my symptoms. This is a very helpful app.

Ok but too complex

I got this app to help me try to figure out my complex of undiagnosed symptoms. I love the idea, and its pretty useable. However, it forces you to record every symptom in 4 different periods every single day. Theres no way to just answer for the day as a whole. Recording the presence and severity of all my symptoms 4 times a day is unmanageable. They say this is because time of day can be an important factor, which is true, but you cant record time of day for the other factors, so theres no way to correlate, say, gluten eaten in the morning with stomachache midday, etc. I subscribed for a while to the paid version, and when i got a notice to renew on my screen, it just renewed immediately on the first button push, with no mention of how much i was spending or for how long.

Great for chronic illness

I love this app for tracking my symptoms and factors for a couple chronic illnesses I have. It has given me a better idea of patterns in my symptoms. It takes a little get used to in the beginning, but quickly becomes a habit and takes just a couple minutes a day.

Name is correct

After a sudden onslaught of health issues, I wanted a way to track how my symptoms, bodily functions, and to keep a record that would be easily available for my doctors appointments. This app is perfect for that. It has been very easy to journal and keep up with my necessary symptoms. Worth every penny, and it is quite reasonably priced. Thank you.

Pretty design, compares different symptoms

Ive been really happy with the app so far and am begging their export to CSV method for backing up and privacy. Really nice to quickly track pain levels and factors for a given day that may have affected them. I like the simple interface, but still easy to track general symptom levels through the day. Update wish list: -Option for all day symptom level, an all day option in additions for am/pm -Syncing between multiple devices, besides just one time export/import of data -Option to sort symptoms and factors manually as well as alphabetically -Watch app with ability to quick hit a button and timestamp symptom -Option of scatter plot graph to time stamp when you record each symptom to help see if a really specific time of day is problematic

Does the trick for me!

So far, I find this app to be a good balance of simple to use, interesting features & customizable, but without being overwhelming. While its true theres no overall daily rating, you arent forced to track 4x a day. You could choose to just track how you slept the night before and use PM as a stand-in for reviewing your overall symptoms at the end of the day. I like that you can add (and describe) your own symptoms and factors -- Ive created my own personal "f*#!ed up scale" to include symptoms like "flashbacks" versus "intrusive thoughts," and factors such as "art journal" and "walk alone" versus "walk with others." However, the real test will be how diligently I track once I return to work after winter break, and how easily I can share graphs with my doctors. My recommendation would be to allow the option of grouping of symptoms (as they do in the symptoms setting), rather than just listing all symptoms in alpha order.
